Range varies based on riding style. Typical range is tested under conservative riding conditions across various urban environments. Maximum range is tested at a consistent speed of 50 km/h.
Battery Warranty:
5 years or 50,000 km battery warranty (3 years with unlimited mileage in commercial battery swap environments). The warranty will expire when either the time or mileage limit is reached.
Charging Options:
Faster charging options of 3 hours, 2 hours, and 1 hour are available. Some of these options require a dedicated high-power outlet, and may impact the warranty.
5 yr / 50,000 km battery warranty
When you choose an EWIZZ, you’re investing in a dependable, long-lasting battery designed to endure. In most cases, the battery will outlast your bike and can even be reused in second-life applications. Considering that the battery accounts for half the bike's cost, EWIZZ offers peace of mind with an extensive warranty and a premium-quality product that you can trust to perform reliably.
Charge Anywhere
Your smart charger plugs into any standard wall socket, allowing you to charge your EWIZZ either directly from the bike or by removing the battery and charging it elsewhere. You can literally charge anywhere! The standard charge time is 6 hours from flat to full, but faster charging options of 3 hours, 2 hours, and 1 hour are also available.
